Joel manages the Allied and Life Sciences division of MGA, where he is responsible for leading recruiting, business development and training related to Allied and Life Sciences. Joel first joined MGA in 2010 in the Per Diem Nursing division, and was promoted to Account Manager of the Allied division in 2012. Three years later, he helped develop the Life Sciences division and currently leads a team of 11 recruiters and account managers to ensure the company’s success in these growing areas.
