What does a typical school schedule look like compared to working in a hospital or clinic?

One of the primary advantages of working in a school district is that you’ll be able to work a set Monday through Friday schedule, allowing you the flexibility to have afternoons, evenings, and weekends off for personal activities.

Yes, full-time employees are offered healthcare benefits on the 1^st of the month following 30 days of employment. All employees are also offered 401(k) eligibility with company match on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Do you provide support and communication after-hours?

Yes, we have an open line 24/7 where our employees can reach someone should they need to call out for the following day. We also work on confirming substitute aides for last-minute call outs while keeping your team updated throughout the process to ensure students receive optimal coverage and support each day.

Do you provide supervision and clinical oversight for your staff?

Yes, we have a clinical team led by a Director of Nursing and Director of Behavioral Services (BCBA) on staff who provide clinical training and act as round-the-clock resources for our field staff.

Are you able to provide behavioral services for IEPs?

Absolutely! Under the direction of our Director of Behavioral Services, we have BCBAs on staff who can conduct FBAs, provide BID minutes and clinical oversight, and work with the IEP team to review and implement behavior goals accordingly.
